We love rosé. What is there not to like? Bone dry. Crisp. Refreshing. Flavors of bright fruits like strawberry, citrus and sometimes watermelon. Good acidity. And great pairings for all kinds of foods.
Try it with lighter grilled meats, steak or salmon tartar, Spring dishes, seafood, Thai food, you name it.
We have a preference to the French versions, so we focus almost exclusively on those. Over the next few months (April through June) all of our hand-picked selections will begin to arrive. In the end there will be about 7-8 choices made with a variety of different grapes. Please come in and start sampling.
